Attorney - Liability Insurance Defense

Prime Legal is supporting one of our best clients their search for a Liability Defense Attorney to join their office in Oakton, Virginia. Successful candidates will have

• An excellent academic record from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years of experience in Liability Insurance Defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and communication skills
• Experience taking depositions, drafting and arguing pretrial motions, working with expert witnesses, and appearing at hearings

An active and in good standing Virginia law license (or soon to be acquired) is mandatory for this role. Additional licensure in Washington D.C. and/or Maryland, judicial
clerkship, and/or prosecutorial experience are also of interest.
