You will put your stamp on our client’s organizational changes for years to come, while joining in the firm’s success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving HR Systems & Best Practices, Employee Relations, Talent Development, Training, and overall HR Operational Excellence.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS Human Resources Management, or related field of study preferred) and Master's Degree preferred.
  • HRCI or SHRM certification
  • Ten years of experience working in the human resources field to include an expertise-level understanding of labor laws, salary, and benefit administration
  • Strengths in Human Resources / Training / Employee Development
  • A “People Person” with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to grow a cohesive team, and gather buy-in at all levels
  • Systems Driven HR Professional Committed to Organizational Process Improvements
